    Position Summary

    Responsibilities include working closely with Financial Services (FS) Management on all administrative support needs.  Assists with various administrative needs including planning and coordination of meetings, creating presentations, scheduling meeting locations and attendees as well as logistics for the (FS) management team. Attend scheduled meetings, document action items and follow up on open items. Assist with tasks from other internal teams (ex: People Operations) including distribution and notifications of information and /or training requirements and follow up as needed. Assist in the development and maintenance of FS communication methods.  Help document and organize FS processes and policies. Manage tasks that require access to sensitive information. Responsibilities include:

    • Assisting in the planning and coordination of weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings which could include developing PowerPoint presentations.
    • Scheduling meeting locations and attendees as well as logistics with video and communication systems; research and troubleshoot issues as needed.
    • Attend meetings and document action items; follow up on open items.
    • Track, follow up and communicate information such as training requirements and action items to a variety of FS personnel.
    • Assist with other operational tasks with internal departments as needed via verbal and written communication venues. 
    • Assist management team with tracking career development objectives and deadlines.
    • Assist with tasks needed to fulfill objectives identified in our People Engagement plan.
    • Handle recordkeeping for client bankruptcy cases.
    • Assist the CFO with various administrative needs.

    Skill sets required include:

    • Demonstrates professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with all levels in the organization
    • Effectively plans, organizes, and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
    • Provides accuracy in all work products; strong attention to detail
    • Easily adapts to a changing environment
    • Works with and maintains confidential information
    • Has the ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality
    • Exhibits the capacity to learn new skills quickly


    • Three to five years’ work experience in a similar position.
    • Experience in using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Financial Services (FS):  Financial Services manages the firm's billing systems and reporting, general accounting, partner and director services and tax and compliance needs, while also monitoring Crowe's financial performance and planning.
