    Position Summary

    This position is remote based and can be located in a variety of cities.

    Your expertise will be key in advising clients on a variety of areas including 340B practices, relevant healthcare regulations and compliance, industry trends and process/internal control best practices. The 340B Consulting Senior Manager position is responsible for leading a team that provides deep specialization and high quality client value.  In addition to reviewing work papers and managing your team's engagements, you will be responsible for building client relationships and performing independent audits and projects.  You will be instrumental in producing reports/deliverables to clients and Crowe Healthcare Risk Consulting senior management. Building client relationships and providing high quality solutions for which we are known is an important element of this role. You will also be responsible for providing input on business development initiatives with existing and potential clients and serving as a catalyst to grow Crowe’s competitive advantage, reputation and presence in the healthcare industry.


    • Bachelor’s degree; related area preferred.
    • Holds an approved certification such as an Apexus Advanced 340B Certificate, CIA or other applicable/approved certification; or working toward obtaining a certification within two years of assuming position.
    • Seven or more years of audit or consulting experience, understanding of an engagement based environment required.
    • Strong experience with 340B audit and/or consulting; pharmacy operations experience a plus.
    • Solid analytical skills with the ability to look at the big picture and assess local and global impact.
    • Executive presence; including strong verbal and written communications skills.
    • Delivers work products consistently with high quality.
    • Strong technical skills, experience with spreadsheets, databases and an automated audit work paper system preferred; experience with project management is a plus.
    • Travel up to 50%.
