    Position Summary

    Crowe's Tax business unit is looking for an experience admin to join their team. Responsibilities include:

    • Handling user access requests for databases and other applications
    • Distribute/process mail and packages (Interoffice, Certified, USPS, FedEx).
    • Assist with conference room scheduling, set up and placing catering orders.
    • Provide support with projects and to operational areas within the local office.
    • Assist with data entry and light typing
    • Assist with scanning and photocopying, as needed.
    • Liason with Tax and Tax Processing Group
    • First line of defense for troubleshooting issues and work through resolution or delegate to appropriate individual.
    • Prepare and distribute various communications and types of business reports and perform data analysis and reconciliation as well as summarize trends and provide recommendations.
    • Research and document information using various Internet search engines and research sites.
    • Facilitate invoices and expense reimbursement forms through coding, approvals and to accounts payable for processing.
    • Assist with planning of client or internal meetings, webcasts or conference calls, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information and preparing and distributing materials.
    • Provide calendar management for client or business unit meetings, including administration, scheduling, and communication.
    • Assist with SharePoint site content management and administration.
    • Use extensive knowledge of internal business practices and priorities to proactively respond to daily issues and requests as authorized, keeping them apprised of critical issues.
    • Evaluate and encourage process improvement to provide effectiveness and enhance service delivery.
    • Utilize tracking systems to ensure all time and materials are recorded, project work is prepared and tracked, and project instructions and client interactions are fully documented

    Qualifications

    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, professional presence and exceptional clerical support.
    • Basic to intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook, with web-based applications.
    • Ability to work independently, operate with a sense of urgency, while communicating effectively.
    • Ability to function in high stress situations attributed to tight deadlines and multiple team needs.
    • Ability to file chronologically, alphabetically, or as specifically dictated, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Willingness to learn correct office procedures as prescribed by Crowe operational standards.
    • Exercise a high degree of discretion, technical competence, attention to detail and administration ability.
    • Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.
    • Some walking, standing, bending involved.
    • Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
    • Effective project planning and negotiation skills with a high energy level and ability to balance and prioritize projects while leveraging others in order to complete daily responsibilities and projects.
    • Ability to understand and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by Crowe, including brand standards and guidelines.
    • Ability to guide or assist clients on use of software, tools and processes, including leveraging technology to solve business problems.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Able to work flexible hours and overtime based upon project work and peak busy times. Estimate an annual average of up to 5% overtime.
    • Some potential travel associated with learning courses and annual business group meetings.
