    Position Summary

    Marketing Database Quality Assurance - Associate

     

    Data Steward for CRM and MAP contact data. Works closely with Marketing Data Quality Assurance Manager to plan and meet objectives for maintaining a clean marketing database. Responsibilities include resource and project management for regular audits of CRM and MAP data, daily monitoring of the CRM Data Steward inbox/work queue, strong knowledge of firm BU/IV structure as it relates to CRM data management, working with third party service providers for outsourced data, and continual process improvement to ensure data accuracy and team efficiency.

    Qualifications

    Skill sets required include:

    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience manipulating and analyzing data
    • Proficiency in:
      • Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
      • Work/project management system, preferably Workfront and/or SharePoint
      • CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Eloqua/Marketo

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BA/BS Degree (emphasis in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Management preferred)
    • 1+ years of marketing database experience

    Market Development and Sales (MDS):  MDS supports Crowe in achieving its growth objectives by developing and executing national and international programs to build brand awareness for Crowe; promoting Crowe's thought leadership and positioning its experts in the markets it serves in both marketing and media channels; implementing lead management programs through integrated marketing and communications; and enabling revenue generation through multiple sales channels.  MDS is also responsible for new product development and the Firm’s Client Experience initiative.
