    Position Summary

    Crowe’s experienced talent acquisition team is looking to add another all-star! The selected Technical Sourcer will be tasked with proactively and reactively recruiting the best of the best to join one of the following business units: Applied Technology, Performance, Information Services, and Data Science. 90% of the work will be done REMOTELY. Especially within the first few weeks, there will be opportunities to meet with key leaders in person. Any anticipated travel for strategy meetings will be office-to-office, have expenses covered, and will be planned well in advance. You’ll be armed with all of the Crowe selling points each candidate may need to hear in the first conversation. The selected candidate will report directly to the Sourcing Team Leader and indirectly to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead of the mentioned business units. This is a 6-month contract that can be renewed based on performance.


    • 2+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably within the staffing industry
    • Ability to source for several roles/teams at one time, working in unison with the TA Team Lead to establish current and future priorities
    • Organizational skills and initiative to thrive in a mostly remote work environment
    • Working knowledge of iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
    • Advanced usage of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media
