    Position Summary

    Data Specialists research web and external 3rd party resources for target data (accounts and contacts), and update CRM data for marketing tactics as well as general database management.

    This is a contracted position renewable based on performance and candidate must be able to work 30-40 hours a week. Work schedule can be flexible during normal business hours, M-F, depending on candidate scheduling needs. This position will pay $14.00 an hour.  Located on the North side of Indianapolis.


    Key qualifications/responsibilities include:
    - Technology savvy
    - Experience working with Microsoft Excel
    - Eye for detail
    - Strong communication skills
    - Ability to problem solve
    - Ability to work independently with guidance as needed in a deadline-driven environment
    - Marketing database maintenance including: online research; phone calls to verify information; inputting new data and/or updating existing data
    - Querying of data in marketing database to generate marketing lists



    Market Development and Sales (MDS):  MDS supports Crowe in achieving its growth objectives by developing and executing national and international programs to build brand awareness for Crowe; promoting Crowe's thought leadership and positioning its experts in the markets it serves in both marketing and media channels; implementing lead management programs through integrated marketing and communications; and enabling revenue generation through multiple sales channels.  MDS is also responsible for new product development and the Firm’s Client Experience initiative.
