    Position Summary

    The Information Services team is looking to add an Enterprise Solutions Architecture leader. This person will develops enterprise architecture requirements that are scalable, adaptable, flexible and capable of providing Crowe's workforce, customers, and partners with secure, anytime, anywhere access to its systems. 

     

    Responsible for:

    • Providing throughtful leadership aligned tih the business vision and strategy
    • Selection of architectural components
    • Participate in the execution of solutions
    • Develop alternative technical solutions. Advise on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on other business processes and/or priorities.
    • Work with others to: Fit projects to enterprise architecture, as well as recommend when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate needs.
    • Work with delivery teacms (including PMO, Enterprise Application Services and Infrastructure) to ensure that solutions are consistent with architecture vision and guiding principles.
    • Develop and/or oversee the development of architecture design artifacts.
    • Work with delivery teams to ensure integrated solutions operate across newly estrablished and legacy environments.
    • Assesses/addresses opportunities and challenges of implementing new processes into the Crowe enviornment
    • Contributes to the overall strategy for data and process modeling in alignment wiht business objectives and industry-recommended methodologies

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
    • 10 years business / industry and overall technology experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
    • 10 years familiarity with basic information management practices
    • 7 years of business analysis and/or business strategic planning. Able to extract business requirements and articulate technical concepts in lay language, and develop and deliver clear and compelling presentations.
    • 5 years ERP package implementation and custom development experience.
    • 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional team or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
    • 3 years of knowledge of business process improvement principles and methods
    • 2 years of IT strategic investment and portfolio planning experience.
    • 2 years of experience supporting highly mobile, geographically dispersed workforce that rely on technology and collaboration.
    • 2 years of experience building a componentized architecture.
    • At least one year of experience in extending processes and supporting technologies to external parties.
