Talent Analytics Leader - Associate Director
The Talent Analytics Leader is responsible for developing and implementing a talent data strategy for the firm based on market research, the firm’s business strategy and future direction. Harnessing the power of the multitude of data points available as it relates to the firm’s workforce to bring forward predictive analytics models is a critical element of this role. This individual will direct analytics projects and initiatives that provide - data and analyses to ensure firm leaders are equipped to make thoughtful, data driven and talent centered decisions. A core purpose of the role is to develop analytical frameworks, analyze and evaluate talent data to discover and present actionable approaches to key stakeholders and business leaders. The leader has the responsibility to tell the story of our talent landscape and develop a talent analytics strategy that serves our Future of Talent@Crowe vision and overall business strategy.
