    Position Summary

    Crowe has an exciting opportunity for a National Business Development Manager for our Unclaimed Property team. The National Business Development Manager (NBDM) is responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process. The NBDM is expected to be a growth leader, supporting the efforts of various industry teams through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations. The NBDM is responsible for driving growth of Crowe’s Unclaimed Property practice across all industry segments.  Additionally, the NBDM should seek to identify opportunities for other Crowe Business Unit services, as appropriate

Serving as a premier holder’s advocate, Crowe is a proven leader in the unclaimed property industry.  Our services include environmental assessments, liability reduction, annual compliance, voluntary disclosures, and audit defense.  Furthermore, our technology driven solutions are designed to assist companies of all sizes and across all industries address every aspect of unclaimed property in the most effective and efficient manner possible.  With our collaborative, team-based approach, we are able to apply the right blend of skills to each unique client engagement.  Whether a client needs to complement an in-house unclaimed property team or outsource all of their unclaimed property responsibilities, we apply the appropriate level of services for each of our clients. 





    • Bachelor's degree
    • At least seven years of experience with demonstrated success as a national market sales developer
    • Familiarity and experience with unclaimed property is preferred
    • Strategic prospect targeting, development of opportunity-specific sales strategy, interaction with, and support for, pursuit teams and "quarterbacking" the entire sales process is required
    • Proven experience leading complex sales cycles which may involve multiple team members and multiple decision makers
    • Demonstrated network of professional services relationships that could be leveraged to identify opportunities within targeted industries
    • Excellent verbal, oral, influence and negotiation skills
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
    • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
