    Position Summary

    Crowe’s Performance Improvement practice helps clients significantly improve their profitability by taking operational challenges, developing an executable improvement plan, quantifying the financial value associated with implementing the improvements and partnering with our clients to capture the savings.


    We are looking for a Senior Consultant in the Performance Improvement practice to help execute client based consulting engagements.  This role is responsible for taking a holistic approach to identifying business improvement opportunities, identify the resources and various disciplines needed to execute the process, then ultimately execute the implementation.  Specific consulting responsibilities include operational, financial and process analysis, tactical strategy development, process reengineering and modeling, LEAN/Six Sigma implementations and continuous improvement transformations.

    • Ability to analytically evaluate client environments and associated financial opportunities
    • Develop and deploy internal process improvement and controls, organizational metrics, dashboards and KPI’s per the client needs
    • Conduct advanced financial analytics managing large, disparate datasets
    • Develop, manage and lead continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives
    • Execute a portion of the scope of work as assigned and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
    • Leverage Lean, Six Sigma and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity


    Locations: Chicago or Atlanta, but will consider remote employee.


    Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management required.  Master’s degree or successful completion of a corporate leadership development program advantageous.


    Required Qualifications:

    • 6-8 years of manufacturing operations experience
    • Ability to interact, collaborate and influence internal management team and external client contacts
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    • Advanced Excel, Power BI and Power Point abilities are essential
    • Must be willing to travel 80 - 100%.
