    Position Summary

    Crowe is looking for a Project Coordinator/Analyst to support delivering excellent project results and client experience.   This position will require extensive people, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects.  You will work directly with Project Managers to support a variety of projects with state and local government entities.  Responsibilities include:

    • Update, compile, and maintain project work products, plans, and deliverables.
    • Assist with planning of client or internal project meetings, webcasts or conference calls, including scheduling and communication, maintaining information and preparing and distributing materials.
    • Work with Project Managers on proactive planning, anticipating project needs, and supporting the project execution schedule
    • Maintain project schedules, obtaining task status from project team members
    • Coordinate and update project risk and issue logs
    • Develop project-related communications, including project status reports
    • Assist with budget tracking and invoicing process
    • Understand and follow all quality standards and procedures including brand standards and guidelines.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree desired
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in client facing role
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Experience tracking and managing project activities
    • Excellent computer skills including use of presentation packages, spreadsheets, and databases.  Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and ability to effectively achieve project established goals and objectives
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing along strict timelines
    • Effectively communicate with various levels of the organization and project teams.

    Nice to Have:

    • Associate project management certification
    • Experience managing activities across IT projects
    • Experience with ERP projects
    • Consulting experience
    • Familiarity with the Public Sector

    Other Requirements

    • Able to work flexible hours and schedule including some Saturday’s and late evenings based upon project work and peak busy times.
    • Ability to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, based on project schedules and peak business periods.
    • Flexible to occasional travel based on business support need.
